 Indian stock and financial markets advisory firm JP Wealth Creators wanted to replace their existing website with a web portal through which they could integrate their service portfolio : advisory services, purchase/redemption of financial instruments and stock market analysis. They also wanted to engage their visitors in an effective manner through various other associated mediums as well. Moreover, they wanted a virtual back-office service in their portal wherein the clients could log in and check/renew their subscription services, view the advisory data in the category that they’d subscribed for and upload/store various documents and images. The portal would also enable the company personnel to submit free investment calls (which would be published automatically in the portal’s homepage), paid investment calls (which would be published in the client’s private panel), send email and SMS to the clients with templated/customized messages. Our Microsoft applications developer team implemented all of the above features and also integrated a payment gateway so that the visitors could subscribe/renew to the services offered by JP Wealth Creators instantly by selecting their chosen service and paying online using any of the available payment modes – credit card, debit card or netbanking. Additionally, a SMS service was also provided that would enable the web portal visitors/clients to communicate with JP Wealth creators in real-time. Post-implementation, JP Wealth Creators witnessed a 45% YoY growth in new client addition and 28% YoY growth in returning customers. 80% of the growth was attributed to new web portal which the clients found very user-friendly and comfortable to transact online (as reported by JP Wealth Creators through their recently conducted telephonic survey).
